  • Is there WiFi provided?

    • Yes, the WiFi network and password will be available upon arrival.

    Will there be 24/7 access?

    • Each room will come with a fob for access to the building, a key to the floor, and a security passcode.

    How much bandwidth will be available?

    • Each rental will come with 100 MBPS at a cost of $200 per week.

    What is the amperage provided for the server rooms?

    • These rooms have 4 separate 20 amp circuits.

    How will the rooms be networked?

    • The Rooms are wired with CAT6a ethernet.

  • Can any VFX or Color be changed after it has been done?

    • Usually, anything for post-production is locked before it is online or colored. Changes can be made but are charged accordingly.

    Can we rent out the coloring studio?

    • Yes, or you can hire our colorist to work on your project.

    What if we have an existing video that needs editing and updating?

    • Our in-house editorial platforms are compatible with just about any source material you can provide and our team can add commercial quality polish to just about any footage you can provide.

    How long can a project be stored at your company?

    • We can store any project depending on its size for up to three months without a cost.

    What would I need to color my project?

    • A locked cut with the camera raw material. All the video tracks consolidated down to one track with all unnecessary tracks deleted. Remove all effects, titles, speed ramps, transitions, etc. Export an XML of this timeline as well as a QT of the same timeline for reference. Also, a final Quicktime that is the whole completed project to reference title placement and treatment of selects. As a backup, the project file helps too.

  • What lights will be provided?

    • Altman Exono Cyc Model Eci with 1000W PCM Lamps

    Will we be able to rent out the whole space?

    • Yes, the space comes with a kitchenette, makeup mirrors, two separate offices, and two bathrooms.

    What are the requirements to rent out the space?

    • Certificate of Insurance and W-9 Tax ID

    • Stage Manager

    Can we repaint the cyc wall if necessary?

    • Yes, we have more Luma White, Chroma Green or Blue for an added fee. We need at least 3 days’ notice to repaint.

    What else can be rented?

    • For additional fees, you can rent cameras, more lights, avid or FCP system rental, and Aspera server rental.
